UK TV Premiere Dates: 2024 Calendar
Here's a handy guide to release dates on UK television in 2024.
The Paralympic Games Paris 2024 are over, and the Summer of Sport is officially closed (what’s that? Premier League Football? No, sir, never heard of it), which means that nature is healing and actual television is returning to the schedules. New Taskmaster and Bake Off are back on Channel 4. New Only Murders in the Building on Disney+ and new Slow Horses on Apple TV+ have already started so get involved. David Mitchell stars as a puzzle-solving detective in new BBC One cosy crime series Ludwig. There’s Agatha All Along, Rings of Power, The Penguin and more to add to excellent new Netflix Greek myth fantasy KAOS, and once again, we’re drowning in television.
Other than that, you can spend your time speculating about Doctor Who series 15, and enjoying new six-part series Supacell, which came to Netflix on June 27 and tells a time-twisting story about a group of Black Londoners who develop superpowers – read more about that here. As well as all that, here’s a big look ahead to the new British drama coming up.
We’ll update this list of TV highlights weekly with more shows, dates and times as the release announcements arrive. If you’re based in the US, here’s where to look for the relevant info.
